PUBLIC NOTICE

 

This section is another method for providing public notice of events happening at the Board of Elections.  Information posted in this area is advertised on the local radio stations as well as in the local newspapers.

2010

***BOARD OF ELECTION MEETINGS***

The Board meetings will be held  in the Board of Elections Office located in the Hi-Tec Center, 1575 North High Street, Suite 200, Hillsboro, Ohio.  If you have an issue that you would like to bring before the board, you must notify the board at least 1 week in advance of the meeting so that you can be placed on the agenda.

The Board will meet the following dates:  01/12/10, 02/09/10, 03/09/10, 04/13/10, 05/04/10, 06/08/10, 07/13/10, 08/10/10, 09/14/10, 10/12/10, 11/02/10, 12/14/10 (Highlighted dates are Election Days)

***ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC***

Early (Absentee) voting starts in the Board of Elections office.  First day that mail Absentee Ballots will be sent out.

Deadline fo Voter Registration for the November 2, 2010 General election.  The Board of Elections office will be open until 9:00 pm.

Poll Worker Training for the November 2, 2010 General Election.

9:00 am - 12:00 pm     Session 1

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm      Session 2

Call the Board of Elections to schedule your training.
